Our actions

Over 40% of the Malagasy population are younger than 15 years old, and one third of foster kids are abandoned by their parents.

Moved by the misery of the people of Madagascar, Julia and Jose Razafintsambaina, two trained physicians, native of Madagascar, decided to use their talents for the benefit of the Malagasy children by providing them with a shelter and food, thus, fulfilling their basic needs.



In April 2010, they launched the construction of the orphanage on a 2.5 acres land near Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar.



The St. Paul Orphanage opened its doors on July 1st, 2011. It was officially inaugurated on September 22nd, 2012.

The center accommodates 20 small tenants, and remunerates 10 people.
